I have always been passionate about nutrition and wellness, how we impact the environment and how it impacts us. Once I became a mom I realized how important it was to be in tune with my body, and listen to what it needs to be the best version of myself that I can be for me, my family and those around me. Motherhood has taught me that life is a journey of ups and downs, for growing and learning, and for me, being at The WOMB means we don’t have to do this journey alone.
